Oluwabiyi is a Law Graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.  Upon completion of her undergraduate programme she proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.Her current functions spans, managing staff welfare, labor relations, contract management, board secretariat functions and other legal and human capital needs of the company.

She had a lucrative working career in some top notch law firms in Nigeria that practiced several segments of corporate law. She worked at Sobo Sowemimo & Co. where she gathered vast legal experience, especially in Litigation and legal Advise on general matters. During her time at Sobo Sowemimo & Co Oluwatayo was a Court room advocate who appeared in various Courts in numerous contentious matters.She also acquired wide knowledge in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Oil & Gas Law and labour law.

Oluwabiyi also worked at ABFR & Co. At the time, she had her focus on legal drafting and corporate law.  She also played various company secretariat roles for several clients of the firm.She majored in corporate law, company law and commercial law.

Prior to her joining FarmAfrikOrg Nigeria Ltd in 2020 she had also worked with VFuels Oil & Gas LLC – an oil related service Company where she advised on a modular refinery project. In the course of her employment in VFuels LLC she played an active role in the business development drive of the Company.  She had her masters in Law programme at the University of Lagos.

Since she joined FarmAfrikOrg she has ensured that the Company abides strictly with all existing laws in relation to the Company’s operation. She is a result oriented Lawyer who takes a perfectionist approach to handling Legal issues.Oluwabiyi’s dream is to ensure that she contributes her own quota in ensuring that FarmAfrikOrg grows to being one of the top five (5) Companies in the Agricultural sector in not just the West-African sub-region but globally.
